Whiskers & Wags Pet Subscription Boxes
At Whiskers & Wags, we’re excited to deliver joy straight to your doorstep! 🐾 Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.
📦 Delivery Areas
We currently offer nationwide delivery across South Africa.
⏱️ Processing Time
- Orders are processed and shipped between the 1st and 5th of every month.
- Subscription boxes are processed on a monthly cycle.
Orders placed between the 1st–24th will receive the next month’s box. Orders placed between the 25th and 31st will only be added to the following months box.
🚛 Delivery Timeframes (once your box is shipped)
- Standard delivery: 1–3 working days (major cities)
- Outlying areas: 2–5 working days
Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier delays.
💸 Shipping Costs
- ✅ FREE delivery nationwide on all subscription boxes
📍 Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery.
📬 Failed Deliveries
Please ensure your delivery details are correct.
- If a delivery fails due to incorrect information, additional courier fees may apply for re-delivery
- If no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier may attempt re-delivery or contact you
📦 Delays
While we aim to deliver within the stated timeframes, delays may occur due to:
- High order volumes
- Weekends/ Public holidays
- Courier or weather disruptions
