🐾 Return & Refund Policy
Whiskers & Wags Pet Subscription Boxes
At Whiskers & Wags, we are committed to delivering quality products that both you and your fur baby will love. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
📦 Returns
Due to the nature of pet products (especially treats and hygiene items), we do not accept returns on opened or used items for health and safety reasons.
However, we will gladly assist with returns in the following cases:
- You received the wrong item(s)
- Your box arrived damaged
- Items are defective or faulty
To be eligible for a return:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
💳 Refunds
Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed as follows:
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days
- Alternatively, we may offer a replacement item or store credit, depending on the situation
🚫 Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Opened or used pet treats
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Subscription boxes already delivered (unless faulty or incorrect)
🔄 Subscription Cancellations
You are free to cancel your subscription at any time:
- Cancellations must be made with one months notice!
- Once a box has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded
📬 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item(s)
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
